Corruption and Louisiana Politics are almost synonyms. Louisiana's very long history of corruption has jaded many, but in most cases is just accepted as status quo and often joked about instead of bringing the ire those from other states would expect. However, now with Louisiana at or the near the bottom of almost every measure of success, we have to change this. Oregon, was in a similar sitiuation and a few years ago passed legislation which has set them on an upwardly mobile path. We sure as heck can do it if they can. Come on Louisiana. ;-)
